This program was designed for leaders in diverse settings, such as business, healthcare, non-profits, churches, schools, criminal justice/law enforcement, agricultural technology and biotech industry, sports management/coaches, and anyone who desires to improve their leadership skills within their own organization. Students from any field will be able to make application of class concepts to their own areas of leadership growth and development.

This 36-hour program consists of 12 courses. You may choose to complete the program in one year or take longer depending upon your goals and needs.
