Admission profile
To access the Master's Degree in People Management and Human Resources Management, candidates must be in at least one of the following circumstances:
- Be in possession of a Bachelor's, Diploma or Degree in the area of economic and business sciences.
- Be in possession of a Bachelor's, Diploma or Degree in the area of psychology.
- Be in possession of a Bachelor's, Diploma or Degree in the area of work sciences.
- Be in a position to accredit at least 2 years of professional experience in any of the professional opportunities that make up the graduate profile for the Degree.
Additionally, other graduates of degrees in social and legal sciences and engineering, as well as graduates of the bachelor's or degree in Humanities and Sociology, may access the Title. In these cases, as long as potential students cannot prove that they have taken at least 12 ECTS in human resources management in their original Degrees, they must take the following training complements, taken from the Study Plan of the Degree in Business Administration and Management from the International University of Valencia (official title, published in the BOE of August 12, 2014):
