Get certified for the PMI PMP certification exam with the Project Management Professional (PMP) Based on the PMBOK7 course. The materials in this course are based on the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide), Sixth Edition, the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide), Seventh Edition, and the PMI Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP)® Examination Content Outline (ECO)—January 2021.
This course imparts the necessary skills required for risk planning, project scope, project cost, project resource planning, project rules maintenance, project team creation, and more.
The PMI PMP certification is a globally recognized project management credential. It signifies an individual has the process knowledge, experience, and training that is required to practice the methodologies prescribed by the Project Management Institute (PMI). Industries that rely on PMP certification include information technology, telecommunications, construction, health care, government, and many other professions. Because project management applies to all industries, the PMP certification is applicable to all projects in all industries, and in all locations, regardless of the size and nature.
Education and National Certification
Students should have or be pursuing a high school diploma or GED.
There is a National Certification exam available to students who successfully complete this program:

PMP Certification Eligibility Requirements:
The Project Management Institute requires that you meet some initial requirements before you are eligible to sit for the PMP Certification exam. These include having a certain amount of professional project management experience and completing a certain number of professional development units (PDUs). Once you have met these requirements, you will be able to take the PMP Certification exam.
The information below provides an overview of the various education levels PMI will accept and their required non-overlapping professional project management experience. All project management experience must have been within the last eight years prior to submitting an application.

- 60 months of experience leading projects within the past eight years
- 35 hours of project management education/training or CAPM® certification
