The main objective of this program is to learn more about the principles of operations in Companies and how they impact their competitiveness. Another focus is to teach the strategic importance of designing a good supply chain as well as planning and producing single products. Managers, business owners, and operations professionals understand how any weakness in the supply chain design, planning, and operation can jeopardize a Company's entire performance. Inventory, transportation, information, and facilities are conceived as the key factors in successful operations management.

This program uses the A.P.E.L. (Accreditation Prior Experiential Learning) system. It is addressed to 30 years old Managers, Entrepreneurs, Professionals having at least 5 years of industry experience. A Master's degree or equivalent is required to access the program. The entire course is carried out in Distance Learning.
