Overview of the International Online Master in Agribusiness Management
The Master offers great exposure to companies and professionals in the sector to specialize in the agri-food industry. Participants will first acquire basic general knowledge in management and then specialize in agri-food, sustainable agri-food industry with an international focus, mastering, in particular, the multifunctionality in agri-food, circular and sustainable agri-food development, and green innovation. Practice Lab | In partnership with
Rome Business School's Practice Lab is where theoretical concepts are put into practice and participants learn through experience. The lab is run by WFP managers who will review different specialist knowledge, work on exercises, and network, sharing their experience and expertise with students. This lab is entirely run by WFP managers with whom you will create a strategy to guide clients through the WFP customer's journey.
Capstone Project
At the end of your training experience, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your skills by taking on a real business challenge. Use your talent to identify opportunities and create a truly innovative strategy. You can choose to be part of a small team and design a marketing plan for a new business develop a strategy to increase online sales or create a loyalty offer for different generations. You will be provided with two case studies of two real companies that will allow you to test the knowledge learned during the master's.
