As a project manager of innovation projects, you are responsible for all kinds of innovation projects in industrial and service companies. You always work at the interface between product development and marketing.
Product/Process Innovation Consulting
Your tasks include defining the specifications for product and process innovations. In your position, you always ensure that the cooperation between production and marketing functions smoothly.
Business Model Innovation Coach
As a coach of business model innovations, your task is to analyse industry and sector-specific developments and trends as the basis for business model innovations. You advise and support innovation teams in the definition and implementation of new business models.

Curriculum
This degree programme creates an optimal basis for you to get started in the start-up scene. In modules such as Business Model Design and Digital Business Models, you learn how to develop successful business models, with both traditional and digital business model development playing a central role. Courses such as Design Thinking, Lean Start-Up and Agile Project Management equip you with the latest management skills for innovation. In addition, you have the opportunity to specialise in the Tech track - for example in Data Science and Analytics or Big Data - or in the Business track - for example in Corporate Finance and Investment, Performance Measurement, Consumer Behaviour and Brand Management, Leadership or Change. This means nothing stands in the way of your mission to bring innovations with the potential to the big time.
