Curriculum
To begin, you’ll lay the foundations for your study through basis modules on programming, scientific writing, and mathematics. Building upon this, you’ll deal with core topics of Computer Science such as Databases, Algorithms, or Theoretical Computer Science. In addition, you’ll broaden and deepen your competencies in key fields of Software Engineering. Among these are modules like Requirements Engineering, Software Quality Assurance, and IT Service Management. Courses on IT Security and IT Law, agile Project Management, and current topics of Computer Science round out your degree.
Our Bachelor's degree is built modularly, which means you study based on topic areas that are divided into modules. Within these modules, there is an introductory course and an in-depth course, both of which will systematically prepare you for completing the module. Within the module, you will receive credit ECTS points for every successful course completion, which documents your performance. These ECTS points are internationally comparable and also internationally recognised.
