Introduction

The European Master in Business Management and Strategy allows you to obtain the RNCP title of “Organization Manager” delivered by the CDE FEDE France. This level 7 RNCP qualification (Bac +5 equivalent) is recognized by the State and businesses. It can be covered by continuing professional training schemes such as the AIF or the CPF. Alongside your RNCP title, you will also receive the European Master's degree in Management and Business Strategy. This Bac +5 level diploma awards 120 ECTS credits.

The objectives of the training

A second cycle training, the European Master's in Management and Business Strategy trains and develops the student's abilities in the strategic functions of the company. The diploma trains future high-level executives who are immediately ready to work in a company, an asset highly appreciated by recruiters. You will be trained in management functions and will also be required to develop additional managerial skills. ENACO offers you the opportunity to prepare your European Masters in Management and Business Strategy in two years. The distance learning European Master's in Management and Business Strategy offered by ENACO is a European Bac +5 level diploma delivered by the FEDE (European Federation of Schools). It awards 60 ECTS credits per year of study, or 120 ECTS credits for the European Masters as a whole.

New: Take your exams online!

Thanks to its recognition and its strong innovation policy, ENACO has joined forces with the FEDE to set up a 100% remote examination system. You take the exams entirely online , in January, June and October, globally or progressively. The oral tests take place in particular by videoconference (subject to modifications to the examination procedures).

You therefore no longer need to travel for the tests and can complete them according to your availability, within the deadlines set by the FEDE. Examination fees, set by the FEDE, are included in the cost of the training.

The European Master in Management and Business Strategy is aimed at people who wish to validate managerial skills. It aims to develop strategy development skills by promoting analysis, reflection, implementation and control. Case studies are favored as part of this training. The first year focuses mainly on the acquisition of skills in management, management and human resources. The second year is dedicated to business strategy, commerce, law, the international environment and the writing of the professional thesis.

Traineeship

During your first year of the European Master in Management and Business Strategy, you must write a dissertation and defend it. This dissertation presents the mission that you will have carried out during your 12-week internship or during your work-study program. Students who are unable to complete an internship can support their dissertation on theoretical work. In this case, the dissertation project will be determined in consultation with our teaching team and the tutor teacher who will have the role of supporting you on the project.

In the second year of the European Master in Management and Business Strategy, you will have to defend a professional thesis. The compulsory internship in the second year must be 12 weeks.

Student employees in the field of the specialty of the European Master will be able to use their employment to write the thesis in European Master 1 and/or 2. The duration of the contract must nevertheless be at least equal to that imposed within the framework of a scene.

It is also possible for you to complete your European Master's degree in Management and Business Strategy on a work-study basis . You will then be under a professionalization contract in a company and your work-study schedule will be defined with the latter. More information on work-study training.
