Graduates are eligible to earn a professional designation granted by the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA). These designations signal to employers that a candidate has the education and experience requirements to be successful in human resources. In addition to being an HRPA member in good standing, the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation currently has the following requirements:
- Successful Completion of a required HR curriculum at the certificate or diploma level.
- Passing the Comprehensive Knowledge Exam 1 (CKE 1).
- Passing the application-based knowledge exam for workplace and employment law (CHRP Employment Law Exam).
- Successful completion of the Job Ready program.
