Introduction

Our Program

This one-year Ontario College Certificate program prepares students for a career in office administration support. Students develop office skills, learn administrative procedures, and study computer applications using Microsoft Office and other software packages. The program emphasizes the development of strong technical, communications, and human relations skills and includes courses in document production. In addition, students gain practical experience through simulated office situations.

Graduates of the program have the opportunity to enter the second year of the two-year Office Administration Ontario College Diploma program (Medical, Executive and/or Legal specialization). Only the Office Administration - General and Office Administration - Executive programs are offered online.
