Introduction
Obtain the "Manager of Organizations" title
The European Master in Management and Financial Strategies allows you to obtain the RNCP title of "Manager of Organizations" delivered by the CDE FEDE France. This RNCP level 7 title (equivalent to Bac +5) is recognized by the State and companies. It can be paid for by the continuing professional training schemes such as the AIF or the CPF. In addition to your RNCP title, you will also receive the diploma of the European Master in Financial Management and Strategy. This diploma is awarded at the level of Bac +5 and gives 120 ECTS credits.
The objectives of the training
The European Master's degree in Financial Management and Strategies trains you in all areas of finance and strategic management. At the end of your European Master's Degree in Financial Management and Strategies, you will be able to take charge of the implementation of a short or long term financial strategy in order to achieve the objectives set by your management. You will also be able to carry out and implement internal controls and audits of your company.
ENACO offers you to prepare your European Master in Financial Management and Strategies in two years. The European Master's Degree in Management and Financial Strategies offered by ENACO is a European degree of Bac +5 delivered by the FEDE (European Federation of Schools). It confers 60 ECTS credits per year of study, i.e. 120 ECTS credits for the European Master's program as a whole.
An internship period is included in your European Master's degree in Management and Business Strategy. You will have to complete a 12-week internship in the first year and 12 weeks in the second year of the European Master's program.
In the second year, you will have to choose a specialty. You can either choose the International Corporate Finance specialization or the Corporate Finance and Strategic Orientation specialization.
You can also complete your European Master's degree in Financial Management and Strategies in a work-study program. You will then be under a professionalization contract with a company and your work-study schedule will be defined with the company. More information on the work-study program. This European Master's degree can also be supported by the Continuing Professional Education system.

The MSF European Master's degree is accessible to candidates with a degree of Bac +3 or 180 ECTS credits.
To obtain the RNCP title of "Manager of Organizations", students must:
- Meet the access/pre-requisite conditions

- To carry out the professional mission provided for by the reference system
- Taking and passing the European Master 2 MSF exams
Information about the exams

Thanks to its recognition and its strong policy of innovation, ENACO has partnered with the FEDE in order to set up a 100% remote examination system. You take the exams entirely online, in January, June and October, in a global or progressive way. Oral exams are held by videoconference (subject to changes in the examination procedures).
You no longer need to travel for the tests and can do them at your convenience, within the deadlines set by the FEDE. The examination fees, set by the FEDE, are included in the cost of the course.
The curriculum aims to train students in all areas of finance as well as in strategic management, while addressing the specificities of the European market. They study companies, competition and Europe, short and long term financial strategies, portfolio management, internal control and auditing and financial analysis. Courses in economic analysis, quantitative analysis, business ethics and modern languages (LV1 required) are also taught. In the second year, two specialization modules are offered: "International Corporate Finance" or "Corporate Finance and Strategic Directions".

Professional thesis
Information about internships
During your first year of the European Master's in Financial Management and Strategy, you must write a thesis and defend it. This memorandum presents the mission that you will have carried out during your 12-week internship or during your work-study program. Students who do not have the opportunity to complete an internship can support their thesis with theoretical work. In this case, the thesis project will be determined in consultation with our pedagogical team and the tutor whose role will be to accompany you on the project.
In the second year of the European Masters in Financial Management and Strategy, you will be required to defend a professional thesis. The mandatory internship in the second year must be 12 weeks.
Students who are employed in the field of the European Master's specialization may use their employment to write the European Master's thesis 1 and/or 2. However, the duration of the contract must be at least equal to that required for an internship.
